At Derma Chemist, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and unopened
Be in its original condition and packaging
Include all original tags (if applicable)
Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective product
The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse
Items returned without original packaging
Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our support team.

Once your returned item has been approved and received, you may place a new order for your preferred product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
